Paul was punctual, polite and very thorough. My carpets and rugs had not been cleaned for some time and came up looking great. He even managed to remove the stains from a dropped bowl of frozen rasberries and bluberries! It was raining lightly on the day so I was very impressed with how fast the carpet dried. Will definitely use this carpet cleaning service again.

Great service. Nicole was extremely helpful when booking in the carpet clean. When I had to reschedule it as well she was patient and we found another time that suited me. Paul who actually cleaned the carpets was punctual, polite and friendly. He did an absolutely amazing job on the carpets and it looks better then when I moved in and all the marks I noticed before are gone. It also smelt fantastic and not like chemicals which was also a nice touch. I would highly recommend to anyone and the price was reasonable and affordable for the quality you receive. Great job guys!

We had our 3 piece lounge cleaned on Tuesday. It is like new again. Arrived on time & did a wonderful job. It was a very reasonable price & would highly recommend Chem-Dry.

Chem-Dry did a great job on my carpets and rugs, they came up really clean and of course love the fact they use good non toxic cleaning products. Paul was very warm and friendly, enjoyed having him in my home. Thank you

Paul cleaned our carpets and some chairs today, which he has done a number of times before. He is so reliable, professional and efficient, it is a pleasure to have him in our home. I have no hesitation in recommending him!

Dog urine on the carpets whilst I was away, and the house sitter had used water, bicarb and other things. Stain was bad and carpet looked awful.Paul warned me that he may not be able to fix it completely; however he left my carpet looking so good I was delighted. Had all my carpets cleaned and hall runner too, and it was quite economical.I have purchased some of their carpet spot treatment and have written out instructions in case this should happen again whilst I have house sitters in.Great job, pleasant and helpful man, and delighted with the cost.
